The turf had to be carried through the house as I have no access to the back garden not realising that it is quite heavy my very kind neighbour did this for me. "This review covers two orders I placed. The first was very much 5 star. Excellent product, great quality (each roll was at least 4cm thick, with a plastic webbing that significantly assisted handling, lifting and placement) , very easy to lay. So good in fact, we placed an order for the same, just half the quantity. The second order was 2 star. Poorer quality, 2 cm thick, multiple rolls had tears. Customer Services help was to offer assistance if it didn't grow. Overwhelmed with Order 1, Underwhelmed with Order 2. 3 Star rating is averaged..........................but I would use again."
